About Us
We started out in 1985 (two people) with our brand new but noisy Telex machine.
Today, Odyssey International is recognized as a major player in the provision of Destination Management services and has managed Incentive and Meeting Programs for some of the world's best known corporations.
Just as our Company changed over twenty five years, naturally so has our staff; some have gone on to senior positions abroad, some have "retired" to family life and some have even started up their own Destination Management Companies!
The principle however remains the same.
At Odyssey, relationships matter! And the better we know you, then the better we can understand and relate to your needs and your challenges.
Likewise, whereas our staff was once 100% Irish, we now have colleagues from other parts of Europe, affectionately known as the "Foreign Office"!
This fusion of cultures brings vibrancy and innovation, new ideas and new perspectives underpinned by the experience and expertise built up over twenty five years.
Kevin Shannon - Managing Director
Kevin is one of the top names within Business Tourism in Ireland, and has been invited to hold many prestigious positions in various tourism bodies over his 25 year career. Kevin's creativity and flair as well as his innate professionalism have resulted in the successful management of some of the biggest events Ireland has ever seen.
Susan Nolan - CEO (Odyssey Convention Ireland)
A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Susan is an industry veteran with huge experience both as a PCO an as a DMC over a 17 year period. Susan has run many international association conferences in Ireland and has also project-managed similar events across Europe. She has also managed numerous conference events for government departments. Another career highlight has been Susan's involvement in the management of Ryder Cup 2006.
Patrick Kerr - Director
Patrick Kerr is the co-founder of Odyssey Convention Ireland, and has been a highly respected member of the Irish Tourism industry for the last thirty years. Pat operated his first international conference in Ireland in 1988, and has overseen our larger conferences both here and abroad. He is widely regarded as the best operations man in the business.
Yvonne Colucci - Director
Yvonne has worked in Tourism for over 15 years. Her passion for Ireland and the industry has driven her career and shaped her experience ranging from tour guiding to hotel sales. Her reputation within the industry comes mainly from her work as DMC, having managed numerous incentive programmes, up to 2 000 guests. Yvonne's strenghts are in Operations, her perfectionism and attention to details are second to none. Yvonne is also an executive member of the ITOA and represents the Association at the Failte Ireland Business Tourism Working Group.

Pat Crowley
Pat Crowley has been at the creative and resourceful end of business tourism for over thirty years. In a fast moving business environment, Pat has built many genuine relationships around the world and is committed to always delivering the "Real Ireland", gift wrapped and with the highest level of professional service.
Loves Family, Rugby, Motor-Sport and the Gaelic Language. Hates Gardening!
Nadege Dumont
Nadege Dumont has a Masters degree in Information and Communication Sciences. She has worked as a project manager for three years with an Advertising and Communications Company and in the Incentive and Conference business since 2007.
Nadege is also studying the Professional Tour Guiding course in Ireland and is a fluent French and English speaker.
Nadege enjoys Cinema, Literature, Travelling and Theatre and has a Diploma from the Gaiety School of Acting.
Eric O'Connor
Eric has been the Accountant with Odyssey for almost twenty years. As well as crunching numbers, Eric is also pretty good at crunching golf balls to their final destination under par! Eric is also a very keen photographer.
Sophie Cochet
Sophie has interned at Odyssey and now fills a junior account executive position. Sophie hails from St. Rochelle in France.
